Galeries Lafayette Gourmet is welcoming “Label Broche”, a project driven by the vision of the talented David Gallienne and the creativity of KLAC, for which Interface was asked for its expertise. The objective: the creation of a culinary experience that evokes the warmth of childhood memories, while evoking the atmosphere of a true French “bistro”.
A typical Parisian place
David Gallienne, winner of TopChef 2020, chose to trust Interface to support him in the realization of his first Parisian project, “Label Broche”. The result: a French rotisserie with nostalgic accents that will appeal to the most demanding gourmets.
A modern and sustainable brasserie
The Interface team worked closely with David Gallienne and KLAC to bring this exceptional project to life. The traditional symbols of the French brasserie have been subtly modernized, integrating a careful selection of furniture and accessories from the Interface reuse sectors, for a sustainable and authentic approach.

“Label Broche” is not just a restaurant, it is a complete experience, from the concept idea to the realization. The Interface Conseil and Studio teams have joined forces to create an authentic retail project with a distinct character. From concept definition to interior architectural realization, from kitchen engineers to decorators, from visual identity to signage, every detail has been meticulously designed to offer an exceptional culinary and visual experience.
